Sam & Ian Fleck

Originally from Yorktown, VA, Ian graduated from Radford University with a degree in Business Management.

His career in real estate started in 2003 when he originated and processed loans for a national lender. He loved learning new lending guidelines and fighting appraisals. He received his real estate license in 2004 and was eventually recruited into new home construction in 2009, selling for a small custom builder and a large production builder in Richmond. Ian won the highest awards in new home construction, including coveted Summit, Ace, and Gold. Strong listening skills and industry experience help Ian provide a road map of success in selling or buying a home.

Ian is blessed to be a dad with two amazing kids, Reese and Tanner. He loves beach trips to the Outer Banks, sporting events, and time with his wife. He is also a proud dad of two rescue dogs, Penny and Bandit.

Sam was born and raised in Yorktown, VA, and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2003 with a degree in accounting.

She entered Real Estate in 2016 and prides herself on building relationships and sincerely caring about her clients. Coming from a Military family, her attention to detail and staying organized amongst the chaos are her biggest strengths. She’s passionate about family, faith & health.
